Description
Prosper Gold Corp. is a Canada-based exploration and development company. The principal business activity of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of the Star property in British Columbia, Canada, and exploration and development of the Ashley Mine Project in Ontario, Canada. The Company's Star property is an alkalic porphyry copper-gold prospect in northwest British Columbia, which is located approximately 105 kilometers west-southwest of Dease Lake and approximately 50 kilometers northwest of Telegraph Creek. The Star property consists of approximately 20 contiguous mineral tenures totaling approximately 6,830 hectares. The Company holds interest in land position surrounding the Ashley Gold Mine and Young Davidson Mine Area in the Cadillac Larder Lake Fault Area, and mineral claims surrounding the Ashley Gold Mine.
