There are more searches for garden design than for kitchen design, yet no product out there - until now - that retailers can leverage to engage a design-focused marketplace.
Our first live customer - a garden centre - arranged 48 in-store meetings in one weekend from one local radio appearance. It used the service as an in-store customer engagement tool (similar to kitchen design).
GardenStory.com is transforming the customer acquisition model in other ways by enabling patio suppliers and local landscapers offer their own branded design service. We also gather valuable buying data (ABC1 homeowners), up-sell “outdoor room” products and manage excess retail stocks by incorporation into the designs.
