We aim to remove racial and other prejudice from the renting process by incentivizing fairness. Our product gives people of color (or those with a thin credit file) more opportunity on merit to participate in the housing market. It starts with an unbiased system that is designed to assess tenant applicants on merit only. We go beyond a person’s credit score. Then we give property owners financial incentives to choose the best applicant every time.
Property owners get early access to their discounted 12-month rental income (paid in cash at the start of the lease). We take on the risk of tenant default, protecting the property owner’s rental income by fronting it.
