Epicore Biosystems, Inc. has developed a wearable microfluidics platform that non-invasively tracks health, wellness, and performance.
Description
Epicore Biosystems, Inc. has developed a proprietary wearable microfluidic platform that is ‘skin-like’ and capable of analyzing small droplets of sweat for proteomics, inflammatory markers, hydration, and health biomarkers to enable personalized management of health, performance and nutrition. Epicore's wearable sensing technology is based on over two decades of microfluidics and soft materials research by Prof. John Rogers and Dr. Roozbeh Ghaffari at Northwestern University's Querrey-Simpson Institute for Biolectronics.
