Smylee is a free event management app focused on creating positive connections, making it easy to organise daily life events whilst holding people accountable to attend. The point of difference is the innovative pledging system where a host and their guest(s) pledge an amount that will encourage them to show up to the event as agreed, if they don't, this amount is donated to a charity partner of the hosts choice and a tax receipt is issued. Smylee has a unique reliability rating that is impacted when a person does or doesn't show up, reflecting their habits in their personal profile for self improvement purposes and to let others know just how reliable they are before inviting them to an event and setting a pledge amount. The app can also be used as a fundraising tool, with the ability for people to donate anyway even if they do show up.
