The hardware and software system solves food safety and traceability problems for large-volume caterers, increasing compliance, efficiency, making chefs’ lives easier. It transforms the way large volume caterers work, this is done by generating a unique barcode for every batch of cooked or prepared food components that will provide accountability and traceability to the food supply chains.
Colin Atkinson and David Cox launched it in Edgecliff, New South Wales in 2017.
