At the 2002 launch of the DoBox Family Firewall (tm), Popular Mechanics awarded DoBox a best in show award. DoBox was successfully acquired by Netopia, Inc. (NTPA) in March of 2002 and to this day, the DoBox technology remains the gold standard in Internet Access Management.
