The Mainstream Media has over the years turned into pay-to-play PR channels, loosing touch with the traditional journalism. In the vacuum of absence of true news media, a new media has emerged - the Alternative News Channels. The BREXIT event was a first hint of how Mainstream Media is out of touch with the people, the US Presidential Election 2016 is yet another example of a movement disrupting the Mainstream Media.
