Our solution, includes researching options, scheduling, and wellness checks. Each concierge is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) enabled to gain deeper insight into client needs. Shifting day-to-day older adult support into the hands of a professional clears a path for employees to be more productive at work.

Unlike older adults researching and scheduling appointments themselves or asking their busy loved ones for help, Kinumi uses an omnichannel approach to allow older adults to build a relationship directly with their Care Concierge and have them take care of the logistics with their preferences in mind, all without unnecessary stress.
