It allows the consumer, through smartphones, to call the waiter, order, and pay from the table. Customers also can also reserve a table or order remotely with pickup or home delivery, while allowing restaurateur to optimize the flow of information between the kitchen and the waiters, with faster service and faster table rotation. The data collected allows Leonard to provide statistics and suggest improvements to the workflow between a kitchen and waiters.
